For a host whose phone goes off at eleven at night about the Wi-Fi. Set it up once and reuse it for every booking. If you host one weekend a year, a printed card on the fridge is enough.
Your first month with it

What is in the 25 pages?
Check-in, Wi-Fi, amenities, house rules, local recommendations, transport and checkout, plus the cover and the menu page. The pages you do not need can be deleted before you export.
