What a set actually is

Every set here is a group of Canva templates built as one system: feed posts, and for the larger sets the matching stories, drawn against the same grid and the same type. Clicking the link you get after buying copies the whole thing into your own Canva account, where it stays. There is no subscription, no seat, and no way for us to take it back.

The layouts are the part you are paying for. Where the headline sits, how long it can be before it stops reading at thumbnail size, what carries the eye through a carousel — those decisions take training, and they are the same whether the brand on top is ours or yours. Swapping the colours and fonts to your own takes about fifteen minutes and is what stops a set looking like a template.

Which set is yours

Pick by trade first. A set drawn for a clinic carries treatment explainers and aftercare layouts; one drawn for a coach carries claims, offers and client wins. Those shapes are what run out first when you are posting weekly, and a set built for the wrong trade leaves you inventing the half you actually need.

If two sets fit your trade, pick by volume. The larger packs — massage at 185 templates, the coach set at 102 — are for accounts that post several times a week and have burned through smaller packs before. If you post twice a week, fifty templates is closer to half a year than to a month.

If nothing fits, that is worth knowing before you spend. Say what you do and we will tell you which of these is closest, or that none of them is.

What you need to use one

A free Canva account. Every set is built from elements on the free plan, so nothing here is gated behind Pro — Pro only makes the colour swap faster. No Photoshop, no fonts to buy, no plugin.

Editing runs in one order: colours, then fonts, then photos, then the words. Doing it the other way around is why people spend an evening on a set that takes an afternoon. There is a guide on this site that walks through it slide by slide.

The licence, in plain words

Use a set for your own brand, or for one client brand. Edit it as much as you like, for as long as you like, on as many posts as you like. What you cannot do is resell, share or redistribute the template files — that is the product itself changing hands.

Running several client accounts needs an extended licence rather than several purchases. Ask and we will quote it.
