Gel and acrylic on file with the set she had last time, the shape she wears drawn on her card, her last full soak-off and how long she has been in gel without a break. Is this the right tool?
Built for a nail tech working alone — home studio, rented room or mobile. Appointments, client records, photos of every set and what you actually earn after product, in the browser you already have open. It is not a booking system your clients log into; the diary is yours, and that is deliberate, because for a solo tech the client-facing booking page is usually the part that creates the problem rather than solving it.
Your first week with it

Does it handle the diary as well as client records?
Both. Your day shows who is in the chair and who is next, and each client keeps her own record of sets, colours, timings and photos underneath it.
Can I keep photos of every set?
Yes, and they sit on the appointment they belong to rather than in one long camera roll — so when she asks for the same shape as March, you can find March.
Does it show what I actually earn after products?
It does. Takings come in per appointment, product and overhead costs come off, and what is left is what you keep. There is a pricing tool that works backwards from the money you want to take home.
Can I use it on the phone at the desk?
It opens in the browser you already use, on the phone between clients and on the laptop at the end of the day, signed in on both.
What if I already keep a client list somewhere else?
Bring it across in your own time. Most techs start with the clients who are booked in this month and let the rest fill in as they come back through the door.
Is there a monthly fee?
